Scope Of Work
Wash down of the exterior walls, reconstruction of pediment walls and parapets with installation of flashing.
Removal and reinstallation of exterior top of wall precast stone copings, new precast lintels, installation of flashing over cast stone panels at tower windows.
Repointing, repair and replacement of exterior brick, refurbishment of exterior doors and windows, and replacement of the PVC membrane flat roof.
