55,230 SF Two Story Manufacturing Expansion Briner Building, Inc. was hired as the Design-Build General Contractor for the Smith Bros expansion. Smith Brothers has been crafting fine residential furniture since 1926 and is expanding it's facility for the 8th time to increase manufacturing capacity and meet current demand.
