Briner Building, Inc.

As Briner Building’s president, Bryan is responsible for the company’s daily operations and all of its moving parts.  Bryan is closely involved with all aspects of the Design, Build, Construction, and Development process for Briner.  Always in motion at work, Bryan also lends his multitasking proficiency to engaging in family activities and as a rugby referee.

Bridging the gap from concept to reality, Chris is responsible for managing the design and build estimation and project management operations.  His appreciation for architecture and design is all-consuming and has led to a studious recognition and knowledge base on Frank Lloyd Wright’s work and legacy.

Briner construction operations are the successes they are because of Dave’s leadership.  He’s responsible for managing all construction operations including Field employees, costs, schedules, materials, and equipment.   Dave began working for Briner while still a college student and has been instrumental in the company’s positive reputation and growth.

Briner is known as a close-knit, family-oriented company that cares about customers and employees—this culture has been driven by Mike’s dedication to relationships.  Mike recently transitioned from the role of President and now serves as Chairman and focuses on community economic development initiatives.

As with Bryan and Chris, Cameron is responsible for estimating and project management of prospective and active construction projects. When not calculating project scope and estimates for cost, hours, and other key elements, you’ll probably find him crafting furniture in his home woodworking studio.

Dave is known for his attention to detail and extensive construction experience. As a Project Superintendent for Briner, these facts are recognized and appreciated by customers and colleagues. Even though his job entails spending the majority of time outside, that’s where he also enjoys spending his free time. Rock climbing and outdoor family activities are on the off-duty list.

As Project Superintendent, Sam manages on-site daily operations, schedules, and project quality. He’s responsible for job site employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. A graduate of Purdue University, both of Sam’s children are currently attending his alma mater.
