Scope Of Work
PJ Dick provided General Contracting services for a multi-prime, $21 million renovation of the existing 100,000 sf Erie Insurance Center. This multi-use sports arena project consists of multiple phases including concourse expansion, locker room renovation, commissary renovation, 25,000 sf West End expansion, new ice floor, new seating and a complete mechanical upgrade. The project was phased to accommodate the arena’s normal sports activities during the fall seasons.
