Scope Of Work
Bake Rite Rolls, part of Northeast Foods’ family of commercial bakeries, specializes in soft sandwich rolls and English muffins. When Bake Rite Rolls needed to expand its facility in Bensalem, PA, it called on A M King to design and construct the expansion. In early spring 2013, A M King completed work on the larger and improved facility. A M King installed a temporary wall between construction space and the existing bakery so Bake Rite Rolls could continue operating with minimal disruption. Much of the expanded area will be used to produce products for McDonald’s restaurants.
