Scope Of Work
Built for an active family attuned to the environment, this new home was crafted with materials and systems that would qualify the project for LEED Gold designation for energy efficiency and sustainable operations. A geothermal system heats and cools the home without burning fossil fuels. Rainwater is captured and stored on site to supply the irrigation system. All wood used was harvested from FSC certified sustainable forests.
Within this sustainable framework, an expansive modern kitchen and recreation areas pulse with family activity. The project included an in-ground pool and pavilion plus an elegant octagonal enclosed porch for year-round enjoyment of the landscape.
