Scope Of Work
This near-complete renovation of a classic country estate took extra care to work within the confines of the existing structure. Our craftsmen transformed the home with a new kitchen, two new master bedroom suites and restoration of some 80% of the living space.
A state-of-the-art climate controlled wine cellar with capacity for approximately 2,000 bottles was built on the lower level. Outside of the cellar a tasting room was added for entertaining guests. A detached period building was renovated for use as a six-car garage with exercise studio above.
