Scope Of Work
Lincoln Park is 17.4 acres and currently has a splash park, restrooms, and basketball courts. A² is responsible for the construction of an aquatic facility, site work, and parking lot. The aquatic facility includes 25-yard competition pool (USA Swimming Certified), a zero entry area, pool deck shade structures, concrete broom finished pool deck, lighting on the deck and underwater, lightning protection for the pool, perimeter fencing, signage, and one slide. Pool support buildings include a main office, public restrooms and locker facilities, staff restrooms, offices for lifeguards and first aid, lightning protection, and a filtration/pumphouse. Sitework included earthwork, paving, grading, drainage, utility and information technology distribution and extensions, permanent drives, sidewalks, parking, fencing, signage, landscaping, parking lot, and roadway improvements.
