Walt Shealy knows construction. With more than 20 years of experience under his belt, he's dedicated his entire career to the construction business. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of South Carolina, Walt went on to found Springhill Construction in 2013. His understanding of budget reductions, effective management, financial forecasting and transition phases brings a wealth of knowledge to clients.

Walt’s top priority is designing and directing the building process. He masters the oversight of specialty trade contractors. His organizational, time management and multitasking skills speak for themselves. He understands the longer a project takes, the more costly it becomes. He strives to ensure projects do not run over projections. He is flexible and works effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment even when faced with unexpected delays. Walt’s excellent communication skills allow him to properly manage building projects. He establishes strong relationships with everyone involved.
