Scope Of Work
JF Scott Construction Company provided preconstruction and construction management services on this project, with preconstruction starting in the summer and construction starting in October 2016. Throughout preconstruction, JF Scott Construction evaluated and advised on several potential designs, with the goal of meeting the University’s cost-per-bed goals. Design and construction kept the future phases in consideration in order to eliminate duplicated work in those phases.
