Scope Of Work
Installation of Cat6 Structured Network Cabling across assisted living residence to replace existing outdated cat5e cabling.
The project included (3) multi floor buildings connected though Multi Mode Fiber Optics. Each IDF was outfitted with wall mount racks for network gear and infrastructure. Our Team used existing pathways though hard lid ceiling areas to install the Cat6 Network Cabling. Locations included: Kitchen, Nurse Stations, Wellness Center, Med Room, Theater, Kitchen, Admin Office and Common areas for WAP's (Wireless Access Points). Cat6 Network cabling was labeled in order and by color for easy trouble shooting. Customer was provided with detailed floor plan identifying Cat6 Cable ID's. To insure required Cat6 network cable performance all cables were certified with a Fluke DSX-5000.
