Scope Of Work

Opening quickly is a key thing to start turning a profit. Weber logistics likes to have things up and running ASAP. This project riquired allot of planning and attention to make the deadline. This network cabling project was giving 3 weeks to complete the scope of work below. At Ring and Ping Inc. we accept the chalange and provide a top notch outcome.

Running network circuts from the MPOE to MDF Run (6) CAT6, (1) 12-Strand 50/125 OM3 MM Fiber (wall mount patch panel)

Install fall suppression cable/chain and grounding cable on IDF cabinet mount, swingout, and door

Install four post rack in the MDF, cable management, ladder rack to the backboard, PDU’s and rack shelf for tower server

Install (3) 4’x8’ fire rated backboards and ground bus bar in MDF –Already Completed

Install two 48 port switches in MDF, one 48 port switch in IDF4 on S/R south east wall (facing the warehouse), and 6 24 port switches in the rest of the IDFs

Mount APC UPSes in both MDF and IDFs

Install WAP’s starting in the north end of the building (APs between IDF7 and MDF need to be installed)

The warehouse lights follow the racking layout. You can use them as guides when installing the WAPs. If you’re able, leave a 10’-15’ service loop in case we need to adjust. No service loop if the run is not within spec

Install (6) IDF Cabinets. It should be mounted 1’ above any current signage. If there is no signage above the door, please mount 2-3’ above the door frame and 1 IDF cabinet on the shipping office wall

Run seven (7) 12-Strand 50/125 OM3 MM fiber from MDF to all IDFs, terminated to LC patch panels

Install stub and 2-gang electrical box inside the IDF’s

Install (84) WAPs with stenciled backboard and hanging AP labels perpendicular to aisles for better visibility

Install (1) WAP in the main office onto drop ceiling t-bar or above the ceiling tile

Mount 2 warehouse dashboard TV’s on the Shipping office wall and another on the outside of the front office break room wall

Mount 2 time clocks 

Mount projector in ceiling in conference room and run HDMI cable in-wall to wall plate

Assorted Slim CAT6 patch cables

(28) LC-LC fiber patch cables to match fiber spec running from MDF to IDFs (2 spares)

Install 29 paging speakers and 2 Bogen 250 watt amps

Run 108 Cat6 CMR network drops for main office

Mount EBOL monitors and other hardware in shipping office
