Mongolian Fire Grill Garrity Crossing Tenant Improvement
This project was a conversion of an empty space into a new fire grill restaurant complete with new kitchen hoods, Ansul fire system, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, demising walls, flooring, paint, custom buffet bar and sales counter with bamboo finishes, all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
