Scope Of Work
New site development of retail and commercial space consisting of Chicago Swim School. The swim school includes manager office, reception area, vending area/coffee bar, locker room with four unisex bathrooms with showers and five changing stalls. Two storage rooms, elevated viewing room, small retail area, pool, instructor’s office, bathroom off the pool and a pool equipment room. The pool is 30 feet wide by 60 feet long. It varies in depth from 3 feet to 4.5 feet. It has an automatic cover to maintain pool temps and keep costs down.
