Scope Of Work

Nestled in a pecan grove in northeastern Louisiana, this nearly 400,000 square foot corporate campus stands out as one of the finest commercial buildings in the area with its facade of precast panels, polished granite slabs and glazing systems. The six-story expansion completed five years after the original three-story building features an extension of the atrium at the third level rising to the sixth level. Vaulted skylighting steps down from the six-story office tower to the top of the original structure. A monumental stair system with landings projecting into the new atrium tie the six floors together.
