Clint has served as President of the Ruston Operations since 2006. As CEO, he is responsible for establishing and executing overall corporate objectives, insuring profitable growth and fulfilling Lincoln Builders' commitment to the communities it serves in Ruston and Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Dallas, Texas. Oversees implementation of corporate policies, procedures and organizational structure. Provides key management direction to top executives of the subsidiary companies.

Greg joined Lincoln Builders in 1997, bringing excellent experience in construction and engineering, including assignments as a field engineer, office engineer, project engineer, superintendent, estimator, project manager, regional project manager and division president. Experience as a manager includes preconstruction budgeting, estimating, value engineering, subcontract negotiation and scheduling of projects varying in construction value from $1 million to $150 million.

As President of the Texas office, Greg is responsible for day-to-day operations, coordinating marketing, estimating services, scheduling, project management and quality control. Greg formulates plans and policies to achieve overall company objective; provides key management direction to top executive and supervisory personnel; monitors and analyzes operating results of the company relative to established objectives; insures company performance is satisfactorily maintained.

Responsible for all financial operations of the corporation and its subsidiaries including preparing financial statements, budgets, tax returns, and managing the cash flow needs.

Jerry’s experience with Lincoln Builders began in 1998 and includes responsibilities as Project Manager on projects of various size and scope for many clients. As Division Manager, Jerry is responsible for the oversight of the Ruston Division including safety, preconstruction, marketing & business development, all operations field management, project management, quality control, and continuous improvement. Jerry also provides overall management, monitors all key performance indicators, and provides analysis to ensure all strategy for the company objectives are being met.

Since joining Lincoln Builders in 2007 Justin has served in pre-construction, as Project Superintendent, MEP Coordinator, and Project Manager.  As Field Operations Manager, Justin oversees the day to day operations of all Baton Rouge Division jobsites.  He is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the core values and quality standards of Lincoln Builders. Using his past experience working on projects ranging from $2,000,000 – $34,000,000, Justin works closely with each Project Superintendent to implement the “Lincoln Way” on each of our jobsites. This is accomplished by building strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, engineers, program managers, and clients while maintaining Integrity throughout the process.

Keith joined Lincoln Builders in 2005, bringing experience in preconstruction, as well as project management. Since joining the Lincoln Builders team Keith has held assignments as project engineer, estimator, preconstruction manager, project manager. Project experience throughout the southeast on projects ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000.

As Division Leader and Vice President of Operations, Keith is responsible for the oversight of the Baton Rouge Division including safety, preconstruction, marketing & business development, all operations field management, project management, quality control, and continuous improvement. Keith also provides overall management, monitors all key performance indicators, and provides analysis to ensure all strategy for the company objectives are being met.

Nat began his career at Lincoln Builders in 1980 and has managed multi-million dollar projects in a wide variety of industries including hospitals, schools, churches and hotels. Responsible for overall project management and administration of projects generated in the Ruston office, as well as providing oversight and support to the project management team.

Since joining the Lincoln team in 2012, Patrick has served as estimator and project manager and is currently serving in an operations role. Patrick’s educational background in accounting, finance and analytics helps him define best business practices and processes for Lincoln Builders.

Since joining Lincoln Builders' team in 1991, Scotty has been one of Lincoln Builders' top supreintendents and has managed many of Lincoln Builders largest jobs. Scotty's extensive construction field experience and overall construction knowledge makes him highly effective in the area of project management.

West Bayne has served many roles since joining Lincoln Builders in 2007 including: Field Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager. His love for construction technology and ability to learn new technologies quickly has helped Lincoln Builders test and apply new technology practices into their everyday operations, such as AutoCAD, robotic total station layout, and mobile field applications. West grew up in the construction industry and has been part of several notable projects since joining Lincoln Builders including the construction of the new Monroe Airport Terminal and Davison Athletics Complex.

She also maintains insurance protocol for multiple business divisions and vendors.
