Scope Of Work

This new, ground-up retail space is located on 5611 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy in Lafayette, Louisiana. The exterior of the building is complete with the signature American Factory Direct tower to store outdoor furniture. A Butler Metal Building provided the perfect solution to keep construction costs down, while not compromising the overall beauty of the building. The is spacious and each detail is optimal for furniture display. An atrium and raised ceiling allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space and make it appear larger. Polished concrete floors throughout make the space easier to maintain. Sections of the floor are accented with epoxy. A custom refurbished automatic rug rack was built to easily store and show rugs. This repeat client is pleased with the result and we look forward to watching the store succeed!
