Scope Of Work
This new, ground-up facility, is located on US 167 (Maurice Ave.) on a 27 acre site. The facility includes a new show room, service department, parts warehouse, photo carousel, two car turner pedestals for new car display, and a car detailing building.
The building is comprised of pre-engineered metal building, metal stud framing, CMU, composite metal panels, curtain wall, and storefront. The roof is a Butler MR-24 standing seam metal roofing system. The front elevation of the building features a “true radius” architectural wall featuring dealership and Ford badging. This wall is cladded with corrugated metal panels and smooth composite metal panels.
