Scope Of Work
This is a 40,000 sq ft self storage facility with a 30,000 sq ft rv and boat facility in the back. There are over 222 units in the front building and 34 boat/rv storage units. The color theme is red white and blue. Each hallway is named after a President to stick with the theme but also provide an easy method for customers to find their units. There are units as small as 5x5 and up to 15x30. There’s office space with a full security system, over 40 cameras that cover all angles of the facility. The HVAC system isn’t specific to each unit, acclimates the whole space for an economical approach.
