Scope Of Work
1776 Wilson Boulevard is a Class A office building consisting of 139,593 square feet of rentable space on five (5) floors. Located in the amenity-rich Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, 1776 Wilson Blvd consists of 108,892 rentable square feet of virtually column-free office space and 25,858 square feet of ground-level retail space and 4,843 rentable square feet of garage level storage. The building delivered in November 2012 and is LEED Platinum certified, the first in Arlington County. Tenant amenities include a fitness center, a green roof terrace on the fourth floor of the building, street level retail on both Wilson Boulevard and Clarendon Boulevard, secure bicycle storage in the garage, and metro access to both Rosslyn and Courthouse stations.
