Scope Of Work
This beautiful new $777 million hospital was built with all latest technology. Located Hopewell Township, NJ on an undeveloped 75-acre , hospital replaced existing Mercer Medical Center in Trenton. first phase new hospital created a 6 story 600,000 sq ft space with 350 beds. Future phases will add another 500 beds up to 500,000 additional sq ft medical space.
Binsky & Snyder was awarded Central Utility Plant as well as HVAC underground plumbing. At that time, Binsky had 27,000 ft underground piping has set 4 boilers, 4 chillers, 4-20,000 ton fuel oil tanks stand-alone central utility plant .
