Scope Of Work
JFK Medical Center more than $3.3 million efficiency upgrades at their Edison, NJ campus 2014, Binsky & Snyder was accountable for majority those conservation measures.
Binsky & Snyder acted as prime contractor, responsible for mechanical, electrical, civil controls . primary task was to replace two existing water cooled chillers without affecting hospital patients. Temporary chillers bypass piping were installed by Binsky to ensure this was achieved. all, upgraded switchgears chillers, water heaters, cooling towers. As well as premium efficiency motors for existing air handlers.
These upgrades have since improved the comfort and convenience everyone full conservation measures will save JFK Medical Center about $5 million utility costs over next 20 years. Binsky finished on , on budget injury free.
