While HVAC systems consisted unitary systems for cooling heating, plumbing systems were expansive complex. challenge installing plumbing systems for Rutgers Stadium came from complex structure extremely aggressive .
order to keep pace with accelerated milestones, Binsky & Snyder pre-fabricated all toilet room batteries for 350 plumbing fixtures, allowing for just-in-time deliveries. This effort helped maintain critical path, enabling other trades to commence their immediately. Other challenges included installation piping mains underneath new bleacher structure at an elevation greater than 50 feet, requiring extensive use aerial platforms manlifts. end, Rutgers was able to fill seats for
