Scope Of Work
A comprehensive new medical campus Berkeley Heights, NJ was created for Summit Medical Group, a leader multi-specialty group practice.
involved renovation expansion an existing corporate headquarters complex. added 2 new structures to 4 existing buildings, totaling 250,000 sq ft.
Mechanical Highlights: Binsky installed new systems as well as retrofitting existing equipment. Efforts were made to reuse as much existing pipe ductwork as possible. Binsky replaced chillers powerhouse, installed 2 packaged rooftop units also installed two 312 ton cooling towers.
