Scope Of Work
A uniquely engineered with an inspiring purpose, Warren Learning Center was built as an education for autistic students, as well as a place for assisting easing them into the world. The center is administered by the Morris-Union Jointure Commission provides support for approximately 250 students with autism.
An extraordinary amount excavation, piping was required for this 167,000 sq ft, three-story . design took advantage its natural setting steeply sloped location to allow for many environmentally conscious features.
One feature Binsky & Snyder installed was highly-elaborate geothermal heating cooling system that uses earth’s natural, constant temperatures to cost-effectively regulate ’s internal temperature.
Binsky also installed ’s rooftop recovery units, pool dehumidification unit, VAV boxes, water source heat pumps.
