In 1999, after decades in the construction business, Peter Warren gathered a team of like-minded individuals to form Warren Construction Group. Stationed in a repurposed barn in Freeport, it has been our privilege to work with owners and architects to construct a wide variety of buildings throughout the state, from intricate custom homes to campus athletic centers and everything in between.

In the preconstruction phase, we make sure that there is clarity about the financial expectations and the estimating and billing processes, and we strive to meet anticipated project budgets. We view every job as unique, and use value engineering to achieve balance between a client's need for function, performance, quality, and safety—always aiming for the lowest possible overall cost.

We believe that a safe jobsite is paramount for the protection of our employees, our clients, and the surrounding community. We have a specially appointed safety director charged with monitoring the active practice and development of our safety policies, and have received over a dozen rewards for our outstanding safety record.
