Scope Of Work

River Park II in downtown Auburn was a public hazard before a developer purchased the building for $135,000. Receiving support from several private and public lenders brought added visibility to an already highly visible piece of riverfront property in the heart of town. The developer relied heavily on Warren Construction Group's early schematic and design development estimates, and we worked with him, city officials, and others to build consensus during preconstruction. The demolition included removing an exterior wood façade, the entire interior, and a roof that had been damaged by fire and failing masonry. We restored structural integrity with steel framing and concrete slabs, replaced brick masonry, and added a new terra cotta rainscreen façade. The building opened ahead of schedule with very happy and successful tenants, including Gritty McDuff's.
