Scope Of Work
Small but mighty. This locally owned community bank in Mountain Grove, MO, engaged Snyder Construction Group as a general contractor in the early discussions of the project to assess options of renovating their existing building, doing an addition or building a new building. The latter was deemed the most efficient option and Snyder Construction Group worked closely with the design team and owner through the process. The bank continued in operation on the site, so logistics, safety, and communication were crucial.
The building features 2,800 square feet of light-filled space, soffit planes clad with wood and warm traditional brick, set against modern concrete elements.
