Scope Of Work
The successful project and trust of a previous client led to the referral for this client. This project was the first build in Missouri of Holiday Inn Express' newest "Formula Blue" prototype. The exterior is a mixed-material palette with EIFS, stone, and wood on the underside of the porte-cochère with bold signage enhanced landscaping, and an outdoor patio area.
Visitors to West Plains, Missouri will enjoy this unique lodging experience. We served as the general contractor for this project.
