Scope Of Work
Scope included (12) rooftop package units & approx 1600 linear feet of rooftop ductwork. All old equipment and ductwork was properly demo'd per EPA regulations. We worked along side contracted roofers to ensure the complete plan went according to plan. We provided and installed duct bracing along with building curbs for all 12 package units. New ductwork was covered in film to be protected for dust and weather, All equipment and new ductwork was onsite, ductwork was on built platforms to keep suspended. 3rd party scaffolding company provided a set to get easier access on and off the roof without interupting productivity. 3rd party air balance company then came out to ensure proper airflow was being fed to warehouse space.
