Scope Of Work
Central Maine Toyota contracted us to design build this beautiful and functional dealership buildmg_ It includes an in-floor heatmg system: finished wood and masonry interior. The frame IS Varco Pruden pre- engineered steel construction. One of the key architectural features was an all-wood spiral staircase. At IS :000 sq. ft this was a good-sized building: and also featured a drivethrough bay and office space on the second floor.
