Scope Of Work
The N. R. F. building is one of the larger steel building projects we have designed and constructed. On this project we worked together with Paul Lachance: and Dan Nadeau to put a design build plan together for them. We priced the building and coordinated With their needs to fit racks into specific bays. The building was just over 100,000 sq. and was completed in Fall 2003. Specific tolerances for the floors due to the height of the racks were achieved by pour mg slabs 7" and 10" thick dependmg on these tolerances. The buildmg itself is a Varco Pruden steel pre-engineered buildmg system: and is heated with 2 large air rotation units for heatmg efficiency. N. R. F. was a another successful turnkey project: much to the satisfaction of the owners.
