Scope Of Work
Completed Spring 2011 – a new 3,400 sq.ft. branch bank, partial second story, Contract $1.5M. Brick and granite veneer, and lead coated copper roof details. Site challenges were new underground electrical utilities for this and restaurant next-door. Beautiful landscape design. Included heated concrete sidewalks for snow melting and public safety.
