Tyler Steele has been with New Forum since 2010 and is the Executive Vice President of Development & Asset Management. Tyler oversees all company development projects, upfits and maintains the entire company portfolio totaling over 2 million square feet of office, retail and residential space

William joined New Forum in 2013 as the landlord rep for New Forum’s commercial portfolio. William is now broker-in-charge for all New Forum’s retail and office listings. William also co-develops new ventures such as Piedmont Social House and is instrumental in the development and acquisition of new retail and office properties.
