Scope Of Work
JRM Construction was the General Contractor for the interior fit out of AppNexus’ New York headquarters. The 67,000 SF space was completely reconfigured to meet the company’s needs with private offices, open plan work stations, an atrium, and a unique wellness room furnished with showers, a yoga room, juice bar, pantries with coffee bars and private telephone rooms. JRM also created multiple small conference rooms for 6-8 people, and medium to large sized conference rooms for up to 30 people that contain state-of-the-art audio visual/teleconferencing capabilities. A new reception and restrooms were also added. As part of the fit out, JRM was also in charge of installing all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project was completed in 18 weeks, and stayed within the client’s budget.
