Scope Of Work
JRM Construction Management completed work on a project for premier global developer and operator of flagship shopping destinations, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, at Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ.
JRM began with demolition of the existing 1,000 SF entrance. The area was then reconfigured and fully upgraded. In addition, the project also included an 18,000 SF demolition of two existing restaurants, a structural expansion, egress corridor relocation, and storage area reconfiguration.
