Claymont Elementary school is a 146,000,sf building and is undergoing a total renovation. This project is located in Wilmington DE and broken up into seven phases. Construction started January 2019 and will be completed in winter 2020. Narissa Building Company LLC has the contract for drywall and light gauge metal framing. We will complete our trade by fall 2020
