Catamount North Construction

Catamount North Construction has been building custom homes, commercial buildings, and unique projects in Northwestern Vermont for nearly 30 years.  In 2012 the team at Catamount North made the decision to move away from large custom residential projects and instead focus on specialized framing, trim, and construction projects for the many high end residential contractors in Northwestern Vermont.  Since this transition we have built entire homes off site through our panelized system and provided the site management and crew to set them quickly, allowing the contractor to complete the site work in tandem with the framing.  We have built custom pieces for large residences such as dormers, coffered ceilings, porch and roof systems.  We have built unique fixtures for a variety of commercial customers including Jay Peak Ski Area, Burton Snowboards, and Seventh Generation.  We have provided site supervision and framing for large residential projects on behalf of general contractors.  We have also continued to build outbuildings for both residential and commercial clients and taken on smaller remodeling projects and additions when they are not in competition with one our contractor clients.
