Russ Boucher, is a licensed general contractor and certified crane
operator in Washington State. He has been in the construction industry
since 1993, where he began working for the Operating Engineers, Local
370, as a crane operator. As a journeyman crane operator, he worked
for 12 years in the field perfecting his skills. Russ has worked on
many industrial projects including the Spokane Airport Parking Garage,
the Kibby Dome, and many Washington State University buildings. Russ’
favorite local project, before starting Boucher Construction, LLC, was
the completion of the Monroe Street Bridge where he worked as a crane
operator on the south side of the bridge for over two years.
