Mike Colby and Sons, Inc. is a family home-building business that has an excellent reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and integrity spanning 30+ years. Mike and Joan Colby are lifetime residents of the Tri-Cities, Washington. In the uncertain housing times of 1982, Colby Construction began with Mike and Joan as founders and owners. In 1990, the company incorporated and the name changed to Mike Colby and Sons, Inc. Through the years, the projects and scope of work have included speculative and custom home-building, remodeling, light commercial, land development, and consulting.
