After 35 successful years in the retail contracting business, Daniel Ahern founded StructureCraft Contracting LLC. He is committed to lead and drive the business to a similar success as his previous accomplishments. Dan values integrity, honesty, and fairness above all else. Those who have interacted with him professionally or personally will attest that he operates according to these core values.
Dan’s successful track record stems directly from these core personal and corporate principles. This is the foundation, built over multiple decades, to the trusted relationships he shares with clients, employees, and subcontractors.

Jacqueline Apodolla's Bio
Jacqueline is another key member of our Structurecraft Team and after a short period of time has already established strong Project Management skills with numerous Clients such as Amazon, Whole Foods, Anheuser Busch and many more.
Her drive and dedication to learning the construction industry combined with her analytical skills is the reason for her continuous success.
Jacqueline specializes in quick turnaround projects and ensuring that deadlines are met and costs are on budget.
Justin Sebastian's Bio
Justin has over a decade of experience in leading high performance teams engaged in several high value projects simultaneously while managing profit and loss, customer service, accounts relations, and logistics. With his strong organizational skills and his attention to detail, he is a valued member of the StructureCraft team.
Justin is a highly effective written and verbal communicator utilizing analytic and presentation skills to drive operations, sales, and service. He has the ability to lead cross functional teams of up to 40 resources, both internal and contracted, including Land Surveyors, Architects, Building Departments, and various subcontractors in order to manage projects from start to completion.
Kevin Martell's Bio
Kevin comes to us with over 25 years of experience as a project and construction manager. This experience and his attention to detail has given him the ability to see the overall scope of work and the path needed to obtain successful completion of any given project. He works closely with internal support staff, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and clients to insure projects are on schedule, on budget, and are meeting expectations.
Kevin believes that knowing a client’s needs, accomplishing those needs, and providing quality workmanship develops long lasting relationships. He is proficient at planning, scheduling, labor and safety management, and value engineering. Kevin is an accomplished tradesman in his own right and provides strong leadership while maintaining a team player role.
Kurt Purves's Bio
Kurt is a high impact articulate professional with over 20 years of project management experience and career achievements. He is a proven leader with experience in project management, construction, facility management, cost control, training and motivation of personnel. Kurt looks to establishes and drive integrated plans from the ground up to completion. He embraces a high standard for self with an emphasis on a high level of integrity and customer satisfaction.
Wil Reyes's Bio
Wil is always striving to provide a ‘Good Quality Bid.’ By taking the time to understand all phases of General Contracting from trades such as Carpentry, Site, Structural, and Mechanical to the logistics required that help make a project run smoothly. He has done this on an individual level, and more so over time, has managed large teams of estimators, developing disciplined policies and procedures and implementing them on a department level.
Wil has accumulated over $1B worth of total bids over time, much of which has been converted into real projects. His accurate and timely bids along with his attention to details that Clients expect have provided many Clients with the confidence they require to release significant capital dollars and start substantial projects. Wil also is a part of a Charity Organization called ‘New York Cares’ and volunteers on a regular basis to help the unfortunate.

With a Business Development and Marketing background, Mike provides an excellent professional experience in the construction industry. Mike effectively runs both the sales and marketing teams to increase StructureCraft’s client base while also generating new projects from existing clients. Mike is also well known as our Chief Hospitality Officer. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike brings valuable knowledge and skills to the StructureCraft team.
Finance & Accounting
Maureen McFadden's Bio
Maureen began her accounting career in Ireland before relocating to the USA in 2007. Maureen serves on the senior leadership team at StructureCraft and has primary responsibility for the company’s finance and accounting including: financial reporting, financial systems, planning and analysis, income taxes, corporate treasury and executive benefits. In addition to building upon the finance teams’ strengths, Maureen also keeps them consistent with StructureCraft’s focus and commitment towards people and customer service. Maureen also directs the company’s day-to-day financial and administrative functions, negotiates credit agreements, and is responsible for re-engineering accounting processes and upgrading technology systems. Maureen maintains the company’s strong balance sheet and providing strategic evaluations of growth opportunities and creating value. In addition, Maureen serves on the company’s investment, risk management, compliance, and development committees.

Anthony Jordano's Bio
Anthony has 20 plus years of experience in Residential and Commercial experience, Has a broad knowledge of all construction sub-trades with the ability to monitor all aspects of a construction site. Anthony motivates and works our Team Members and all sub-contractors and holds all to work with safety and perform a high finished quality of work. Anthony conducts and attends pre -construction meetings with Team Members, Subcontractors and issues RFI’s if needed to Client or Architect to clarify the scope of work of the project.
Anthony produces a complete material list to our purchasing department, produces a construction schedule to meet our clients construction deadlines on or before completion date while providing a high quality finished product that meets or exceeds our customers satisfaction.
