Concordia General Contractor LLC

Concordia General Contractor was established in 2009 by Mario Vendette.  Mario has made the construction industry his profession since 1974.

From 1974 - 1987, Mario's work experience was chiefly in large commercial projects in Washington DC, San Diego, CA and the Miami area.  

From 1987 to the present, Mario has worked in the residential and light commercial sectors of Florida.

Mario obtained his State Certified General Contractor License in 1993.

Mario obtained his Real Estate Broker's License in 1994.

In late 2010, Stephen Vendette joined Concordia to promote the growth of the company throughout the South Florida market.
