Scope Of Work

• MRI facility tenant fit-up HVAC, electrical, plumbing for MRI; Ultrasonic, Pet-scan, CT-Room; selection of Liebert A/C units for precise temperature and humidity control, ductwork in lead-shielded area; cryogenic emergency exhaust ventilation; incorporation of existing VAV system to each of the MRI offices. Plumbing fixtures to MRI equipment; condensate removal; fire protection-sprinklers and PreAction system; smoke and heat detectors. Electrical: lighting; receptacles; connections to mechanical and MRI equipment; nurse call; fire alarm devices; security, CCTV and IT room.
