Scope Of Work

Artis Senior Living of Briarcliff Manor is a 64-bed, two-story, memory care and assisted living residence located
in Westchester's Briarcliff Manor. This community offers 64 individual suites divided among four interior
neighborhoods, each with its own distinct and recognizable character. Neighborhoods connect to one another
at the Town Center, a hub for events, daily programs and wellness, and each has its own satellite kitchen, dining
area and family room with a fireplace. A central commercial kitchen serves all guests. Other amenity spaces
include a salon, spa, café, dining rooms and living rooms, community center, activities studio, offices and
screened in porches, a secured landscaped courtyard with walking paths and 24-hour staffing.
