Scope Of Work
The Del Amo Fashion Center project was a two-phased, three-level regional luxury shopping mall expansion
within a multi-phased redevelopment. The Phase I and Phase lI projects were the largest and most complex
portions of the redevelopment. When this project was initiated, it was the largest retail redevelopment project
planned on the west coast in three years and the fifth largest operating mall facility in the country.
