Scope Of Work

The Creekside project is a 321,000 SF, 105-unit independent living building. The facility offers extensive
amenity spaces, including a fitness center with a yoga studio, fine arts workshop, bistro restaurant, classrooms,
a sub-dividable multipurpose room, as well as underground parking and support spaces
The project also includes a 162,000 SF health services building, consisting of:
32 assisted living memory care units
»17 long-term skilled nursing units
17 short-term rehabilitation units
21 traditional assisted living units
