Scope Of Work
The Messiah Lifeways project consisted of the planned repositioning and expansion of a senior living campus.
Construction involved three separate buildings and a connector bridge all being built concurrently. The
expansion included a new 187,900 SF, three-story, 84-unit independent living building. The facility has
underground parking and features:
