Scope Of Work
Target Berkeley is a 30,000 SF remodel of an existing space near the UC Berkeley campus. The facility includes
retail space, a pharmacy. groceries and a café. This project is part of recent initiative by Target to trend towards
smaller, flexible formats in urban, high-traffic locations. Target focused on integrating the store design with the
characteristics of the surrounding neighborhood. For Target Berkeley, this resulted ina hand-painted mural
from a local artist to tie in elements of the neighborhood and community.
