Scope Of Work
This project required 11 sub contractors and 16 dedicated RJB employees including the Project Manager, Site Superintendent and Field Staff to execute on schedule. It was a total team effort. The project scope included the full sales floor, Café, Starbucks, and several employee areas. The project was completed in under 8 weeks with 0 complaints from associates or more importantly Target customers. We are looking forward to all of our 2018 Target IR’s.
