Scope Of Work
The Kohl’s Repaint Program is a very comprehensive and requires dedicated crews and Project Managers to execute well. The scope includes masonry repairs, vent and weep installation, sealant replacement, and a hydrophobic coating application. The crewman must receive certification from BASF prior to execution. These projects not only enhance the appearance of the building but improve the building’s ability to resist external forces, water intrusion and provide long term protection to the structure.
